The complex includes 24-hour security and on-site administration. Condominium fees are low for the area and include water, gas, AND electricity. There is an extra surcharge of around $20 USD per month from May-November if air conditioning is used. This penthouse unit features high ceilings, spacious bedrooms, a super cute, beautifully tiled kitchen, and a wonderfully updated bathroom. The condo also has a stackable washer and dryer. Sold fully furnished, this condo would make a wonderful home, vacation getaway, or rental.
